Wright believes that we should encourage artists and musicians, etc to use right brain techniques to make the existing world beautiful so that it is a reflection of the new world that God would build.
In Isaiah 11, the earth shall be filled with the knowledge as the waters cover the sea. Wright says this is the filling of a chalice, but it also says the chalice is beautiful itself. He says we don’t yet see it yet, but we hope for it.
He sees a new materially renovated earth. He claims we are now groaning as the church in gender confusion, homosexuality, . The church is in pain in the same way the world is in pain.
He says the final point of the new world is celebration from Romans 8:1f
